Stacey Meshnick is Counsel to the firm's Trusts & Estates and Elder Law Law Practice Groups. She focuses on long-term care planning, estate planning, preparation of will trusts, advance directives and guardianships. Prior to joining the firm, Stacey was Counsel and the supervisor of the Medicaid department for over 27 years at Ronald Fatoullah & Associates. She oversaw the paralegals and assisted clients with various aspects of long term care planning, estate planning, preparation of wills & trusts, advance directives, and Medicaid planning and applications.
Stacey is highly regarded for her contributions to the field of strategic Medicaid planning and is also known as a zealous advocate for her clients.
She regularly lectures for attorneys, senior citizen organizations, nursing home employees, geriatric care managers and the public on elder law issues.
