Coach Joe was part of the BCNY Academic All-Stars (run by Bill Mitchell) when he was a middle school student. He graduated from Deerfield Academy in 2015 and went on to have a stellar Division 1 college baseball career at Bethune-Cookman University. In 2019, he was named 1st Team All-Conference and led the conference in hits. He also received the BCU IronCat Award as the most successful student-athlete across all sports.
After college, Joe signed minor league contracts with both the San Diego Padres and the Atlanta Braves in 2020 and 2021, respectively.
Following the birth of his son, Johnny, Joe moved back to NYC and founded Limitless NYC as well as Stronger Together NYC with Coach O- both organizations with a mission to help build resilience in individuals and educate the community on ways to get stronger in mind, body, and spirit.
It is an honor for Coach Joe to have gone through the BCNY program with Bill Mitchell, and it is gratifying for him to return as the lead trainer to Bill with 360ASA to inspire younger generations to achieve their goals.
