Lorenzo Colasante’s career path looks a bit like an exciting, multi-sport tournament. He kicked things off after college in the fast-paced world of retail banking before pivoting to his tech side, where he focused on customer-based software design, specializing at first in financial products and then later in internet advertising. That career became interrupted in favor of a rewarding three-year stint as an NYC Teaching Fellow, guiding students inside the classroom as a math and computer science teacher. Today, he has settled into residential real estate, channeling his energy into the development and management side of the industry.
While his professional playbook is varied, Lorenzo’s true passion lies in teamwork and community. He proudly raised three of his own sons wrapped in the core ideals of 360 Academic Sports Academy—an epic journey that he credits to a fantastic roster of coaches, teachers, family, and friends. Believing that it takes a village, Lorenzo didn't stop with his own kids; he has spent years happily stepping up to help raise, mentor, and cheer on countless other children, serving as a dedicated teammate for fellow parents in the community.
Happily married and always ready to give back, Lorenzo is deeply motivated to support the Academy’s cause. He looks forward to ensuring the next generation of youth has the tools, teamwork, and support they need to win both on and off the field.
